The Perfect Sound complex features a fully-furnished, plush 4 bedroom/4 bath, 2400 sq. foot, ultra-modern luxury residence beside a bespoke recording studio. The compound boasts 4 sun decks, a heated pool with 12 person jacuzzi, and a massive patio. This 1960’s architectural gem has been fully renovated and includes a fully-equipped chef’s kitchen featuring Wolf and Sub Zero appliances, an outdoor grilling station, premium TV package, and massive wall-to-wall disappearing sliding doors that reveal stunning 180-degree views of Los Angeles.

Tucked away in the charm and privacy of the Hollywood hills, this residence provides the privacy and security our A-list clients demand, with the convenience of being less than a mile away from central Hollywood’s nightlife, shopping, and dining. Many of our clients have used Perfect as their central headquarters for all operations while in Los Angeles.
